HAI DUONG GARDEN - Apartment Room Renovation Project Successfully Completed

This project involved renovation work on eight rooms on the third floor. It was carried out with the aim of further enhancing the appeal of the existing facility and providing better service to guests.

Plus PM Vietnam was responsible for providing site observation support services from the perspective of the project owner in this project. In renovation work on existing facilities, it is important to check the progress and quality of the work, as well as to ensure that the facility is easy to use while in operation and to manage and adjust the schedule within the limited construction period. Therefore, while taking into account the project owner's requests, we organized the key points regarding the process, quality, and handover, and supported the smooth progress of the project.
As building professionals, we not only checked the quality of the site, but also clarified the points that needed to be checked and judged during construction, and supported coordination among stakeholders toward completion.

With the shared goal of making HAI DUONG GARDEN an even better space, the project was successfully completed through collaboration between the project owner, the contractor, and Plus PM Vietnam. Moving
forward, we will continue to contribute to improving the value of facilities by supporting project owners in various construction and renovation projects, including hotels and serviced apartments, in Vietnam.
